Some Of Our Achievements

We are experts in our field and very proud of our knowledge and expertise.

What we do is complex, sometimes tricky to navigate and as  important to us as our clients.

Below,  you can read all about  three of our projects and how we researched, designed, packed and shipped our clients’ specialist equipment to their far-flung destinations.

Turbine Engine Manufacturer

The objective was to ensure that the equipment could be supplied to a variety of destinations.

The cases we created needed to serve two purposes: to be packing crates and to display the equipment. This would enable our client’s potential customer to examine the product, and be able to show how the item would be supplied.

Once the item had been exhibited, then the case would be re-bolted together and sent on to its next destination.

The product always reached the next destination in pristine condition – as did the display case.

Our client felt that the display case enhanced their product and resulted in an increase in orders for them.  We were pleased to hear that they were extremely happy with the service we provided.

Mechanical Parts Supplier

Our customer required a case that could be used repeatedly, was stackable and cost-effective.

Our research and development team developed a range of riveted ply cases which were the perfect solution for our client’s parts.

The easy-to-access box, could be used many times, was light-weight (perfect for air freight) and heat-treated which meant they could be shipped to any country and were cost effective.

The cases could be opened repeatedly without having to pry out nails, flat-packed for storage and were stackable.

Formula 1 Accessories

When a Formula 1 car owner approached us to design and manufacture bespoke flight cases for high-performance car accessories, we knew we had to provide secure storage with effortless mobility.

Unlike our standard wooden cases, these sleek black cases were lightweight yet durable, with modular interiors that could be retro-fitted to accommodate different components and loose items.

Engineered for precision and convenience, they ensured that critical equipment was safely transported across the globe to racing events.

Featured Developments

It isn’t just small cases that our research and development team work on. They also research and develop solutions for some of the largest shipments allowed to be transported on the road.

Our team have solved some of the most difficult problems for the oil and gas industry, packing pipes weighing over 40-tonnes so that even if the pipes were dropped, they would not be damaged.

They have created packing for 30-tonne slitters (which came with over 40 other consignments within one contract), which were minimised to fit inside almost half of the containers previous packing. This reduced packing costs for our customer and made the whole shipping process far easier.
