The Coxless Crew are a team of women who will be achieving a world first by rowing 8,446 miles unsupported across the Pacific Ocean in 2015, from America to Australia, and in the process aim to raise quarter of a million pounds for their two charities Walking With the Wounded and Breast Cancer Care.
International Export Packers would like to wish the women all the best as they embark upon their journey – an inspirational challenge for two brilliant causes.
The team at International Export Packers are often told stories of resilience and willpower by chairman Andrew Morris who himself rowed across the Atlantic back in 2005. Ever the entrepreneur, following his venture Andrew founded Icon Rowing after experiencing first hand the misery and discomfort that ocean rowers have to go through day in day out. He researched, designed and produced the Icon Ocean Rowing Seat which have been shipped out to the women of the Coxless Crew to help make their journey as comfortable as possible.
The International Logistics Group are very familiar with the thorough planning involved to ensure the safe delivery of rowing boats.
Irish Groupage are responsible for collecting the boat, International Export Packers then pack it, before Trade Freightthen ship it to its desired destination. A seamless operation between the sister companies and a key advantage to using the services of the International Logistics Group.
