This May, both of our colleagues turn 40 — and instead of a quiet celebration, they’re taking on something truly extraordinary. They’re jumping out of a plane to raise funds for the @cbcnotts.

It’s not just a leap of faith — it’s a huge personal challenge and a powerful way to mark this milestone.
Their goal is £1,350, and every donation brings them one step closer.

🎉 Celebrating Emma’s one year work anniversary feels like celebrating a year of pure momentum!

In just twelve months as our Business Development Manager, she’s pushed our commercial presence forward with a mix of sharp strategy, creativity, and an energy that’s impossible to miss. 💡⚡ She’s strengthened our online footprint, elevated our social media and PR activity, and helped open doors to new business opportunities with a confidence that makes it look effortless. 🚀

What’s been especially impressive is the pace of her learning. 📚 She fast-tracked her understanding of Irish Groupage and has been hands-on with the tools, building real product knowledge on the IEP side. That willingness to dive in, learn fast, and get involved has made a real difference. 💪

And of course, Emma doesn’t just represent the business—she lives it. From the Dragon Boat Festival 🛶 to countless industry events, she’s been out there building relationships, championing the brand, and making sure we’re seen in all the right places. 🌍✨

A year in, and she’s already made a huge impact. Excited to see what year two brings! 🎊

With certifications in Dangerous Goods by Air (IATA) and Sea (IMDG), she’s a dangerous pro and has the credentials to prove it. ✈️🚢 Her knowledge and expertise make her an invaluable part of our team, trusted to handle even the most complex challenges with confidence and precision.

Marie’s experience spans many areas of the business. She was Miss Irish for Irish Groupage for 4 years before joining International Export Packers in February 2023. She started as Admin & Logistics Manager and quickly climbed the logistics ladder to Fulfilment Manager, proving time and again that hard work, dedication, and passion pay off. 📦💪

She is truly the powerhouse behind the cogs, keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently, and not one to be underestimated—just ask local boxing star Jade Grierson 🥊, who she faced in the ring!

Beyond her incredible professionalism, Marie is both a friend and colleague to many of the team. She’s extremely hard working, loves a good social, and is a trusted confidant who always has time to offer advice or a listening ear. 🌟
